The Web3Tour accelerator has successfully concluded its mission to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through the integration of Web 3.0 technologies, marking a milestone in sustainable cultural tourism. The initiative delivered high-impact results, engaging over 600 participants through five specialized training programs and five workshops. The accelerator program supported 38 SMEs, notably achieving a 53% female entrepreneurship rate, highlighting a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. With a physical presence in key hubs like Thessaloniki, Nicosia, and Nova Gorica, the project’s digital footprint was equally substantial—reaching over 660,000 people and generating 39,143 online sessions. Co-funded by the European Union and supported by partners Arctur, Envolve, and TheFutureCats, Web3Tour has laid a robust foundation for a more digitally resilient and sustainable tourism future.
